During the “5th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue” held from May 2-3, 2019 in Baku, Azerbaijan, Prof. Syed Munir Khasru, Chairman, IPAG spoke during the session on “Greater Spiritual Convergence for Equal Citizenship Rights” where he presented his ideas on “Faith based Rights in an Era of Globalization.
The conference provided an international platform for individuals, organizations and countries to facilitate interfaith dialogue in order to promote solidarity among people from diverse groups. The Forum was organized by the government of Azerbaijan, in cooperation with Task Force members: UNESCO, the UN Alliance of Civilizations, the UN World Tourism Organization (WTO), the Council of Europe and the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO).
